Registration Information:

Please note: registration rates listed above are per person. Group rate is not applicable with any discount code.

Prices are shown in US Dollars, and all payments are processed in US Dollars.

Registration Includes:

  • Sessions on vital trading, collection and processing topics
  • All conference materials and handouts
  • Monday evening reception
  • Welcome coffee service on Monday and Tuesday
  • Conference lunch on Tuesday

Note: The conference fee includes entry to the conference sessions, full documentation, lunch and refreshments. However, fees do not include delegate travel and accommodation.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to conference@gie.net. A 20 percent administrative fee applies to all cancellations.

If cancelling after 2 January 2017, no refunds can be made for any delegate cancelling for any reason after this time. Please note this still applies if funds have not yet been received.

Substitution Policy:

Delegates can notify the show at any time that another individual will attend the conference in their place.

Confirmation Policy:

All confirmations will be sent via e-mail to the primary registrant unless otherwise arranged with conference management. Hotel reservation confirmations are sent separately from the conference registration but are also sent via e-mail.

Paper Recycling Conference India is a business-to-business event open to trade professionals only. Persons under 18 (including infants) are not allowed into the educational sessions, exhibit hall or food functions.

Credit card payments (in US$) will be necessary if your booking is made less than 10 business days prior to the start of the event. Where funds have not been received in advance, delegates will be required to supply credit card details at registration in order to gain entry to the conference. This credit card will be charged on-site and in US$ only. Current exchange rates and bank charges will apply.
